About James Leckie
I’m James Leckie, the editor of Limited Company Help. I’ve been publishing information for UK contractors, small business owners and limited company directors since 1999.
I started my first small business website that year and have since spent more than 25 years writing about the practical and financial issues involved in working for yourself and running a company.
I’m also a long-standing limited company director, so much of what we cover on Limited Company Help is based on the same questions and responsibilities I’ve encountered while running my own businesses.
